This master´s thesis deals with the selection of the information system for the chosen company. based on the analysis processes in the company. The theoretical part contains theoretical knowledge for the issue. In the analytical part is performed analysis of current situation of the company and analysis of processes of the company. In the suggestion part are mentioned requirements for the selection of a new information system and it performed selection of the information system based on requirements.

Draft measures to reduce customer complaints

This diploma thesis deals with customer complaints of headlamps in Automotive Lighting s.r.o. The goal is to analyze the state of customer complaints for 2018 and to evaluate the biggest source of nonconformities in terms of the type of complaint based on Pareto analysis. The thesis focuses on solution of one particular type of complaint. The key part of the thesis is also the processing of the process analysis, the evaluation of the causes of the complaint and the draft of corrective measures that would eliminate the problem. The conclusion of the thesis contains evaluation of the proposed corrective measures, including from the economic point of view.

Implementation of a lunch ordering system in ERP K2

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem systému pro objednávání obědů v systému plánování podnikových zdrojů K2. V první částí této práce je přehled systému K2, jeho architektury, a nástrojů. Druhá část obsahuje analýzu současného obědového systému ve společnosti Omnika s r.o. který je papírový. Data získaná z této analýzy jsou potom využita k vytvoření abstraktního návrhu pro vývoj bezpapírového systému K2. Tento návrh se skládá z diagramů, plánů vývoje a odhadů potřebných zdrojů. V praktické části je na základě tohoto návrhu vytvořen bezpapírový systém objednávání obědů vhodný pro tuto společnost. Systém je založen na K2 frameworku Symfony zavedeném ve společnosti.

The Study of the Operating Production Management

The goal of this diploma thesis is to use the principles of lean manufacturing to lean workplace and eliminate all forms of waste in this workplace. A part of this work is opti-mal design of the workplace in terms of ergonomics which should have a positive effect on shortening lead time and process cycle efficiency. Shortening the lead time will allow company to respond more quickly to customer requirements and this effect may subsequently lead to the drop in inventories.
